The late Victor Posner entered the field of real estate development in 1948 in Baltimore, Md. and by 1952 he had become the largest homebuilder in Maryland, building more than 1,100 residences a year. Shortly before Mr. Posner’s death in 2002, Victor Posner Enterprises and its subsidiaries were responsible for the development, construction and sale of more than 20,000+ residences.
